Service Terms

Plain-language terms for Iron Canyon website packages.

These terms explain what is included, what we need from the client, and how scope, revisions, ownership, and third-party tools work.

THE SHORT VERSION

We build contractor websites from real business details. We do not make up credentials, guarantees, reviews, licensing, service areas, or project results.

Included in launch packages

  • Website structure, design, copy draft, mobile layout, contact path, and basic launch checks for the purchased package.
  • Basic on-page SEO setup such as titles, descriptions, headings, internal links, sitemap, and schema where useful.
  • One agreed design direction and two consolidated revision rounds before launch.
  • Launch testing, documented handoff, and a 30-day workmanship guarantee as described below.

Not automatically included

  • Ongoing SEO, ads, hosting management, monthly reporting, new pages after launch, or continuous updates unless separately agreed.
  • Professional photography, logo design, legal review, licensing verification, or guaranteed search rankings.
  • Third-party subscription costs, domain renewal, premium plugins, software, stock assets, or paid integrations.
  • Work that depends on unavailable access, missing decisions, or unconfirmed business claims.

TERMS

These are written to be practical, not buried in legal language.

01

Client accuracy

The client confirms the accuracy of business details, credentials, reviews, warranties, and other claims before launch, and confirms permission to use supplied text, logos, photos, and other assets. We do not independently verify licenses or provide legal advice. Client-specific privacy, accessibility, and regulatory requirements must be identified and scoped before work begins.

02

Timeline

Any timeline depends on receiving the required intake details, assets, account access, and approvals. Delays in those items can move the launch date.

03

Revisions

One design direction and two revision rounds are included. A round is one consolidated list of feedback from the designated client contact on the current draft, within the agreed scope. New pages, features, integrations, a new design direction, or additional rounds require a written quote accepted before work starts. Correcting our failure to meet the agreed scope does not consume a revision round.

04

Payment

Before payment, we confirm the contracting parties, named pages, deliverables, exclusions, price, payment schedule, and these terms in a written project agreement for client acceptance. Standard builds use a 50% starting payment and 50% final payment after written approval, before launch and handoff. Any different schedule is stated in the accepted project agreement. Production starts after acceptance, the required payment, and completed intake. Payment alone does not authorize additional work. Applicable tax and required third-party costs are disclosed before purchase.

05

Ownership

After final payment, we transfer the completed project files and agreed account access. The client owns the original content and custom work created specifically for the project. Pre-existing Iron Canyon templates, utilities, and reusable components remain ours, with a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use and modify them as part of the delivered website. Third-party code, fonts, images, and platforms remain subject to their licenses. Domain and hosting accounts stay under client control; provider fees and transfer restrictions may apply.

06

No ranking guarantee

SEO setup improves structure and clarity, but search ranking, traffic, leads, revenue, and ad performance are not guaranteed.

07

Third-party services

Domains, hosting, Google tools, form providers, analytics, email, Stripe, maps, and other third-party services may have their own terms, fees, limits, and outages.

08

Ongoing work

After handoff, the client is responsible for hosting, renewals, backups, access, maintenance, and ongoing compliance unless a separate care agreement assigns specific tasks to us. No ongoing Iron Canyon subscription is required. Updates, SEO, reporting, and other ongoing work require a separate written scope and price.

09

Refunds and disputes

Contact office@ironcanyon.co in writing to request cancellation or raise a delivery issue. The project agreement must state cancellation terms, how completed work and approved third-party costs are accounted for, and any refund due. The workmanship guarantee is a correction remedy, not an unconditional refund offer. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

30-day workmanship guarantee and handoff

Before launch, the client reviews and approves the website in writing. After final payment, we deliver the agreed files, account access, and a handoff guide identifying third-party services, renewals, and ongoing responsibilities. We confirm completion and the guarantee dates in writing. Approval does not waive covered defects.

The guarantee runs for 30 calendar days from launch. If the client requests a files-only handoff instead of launch, the written project agreement must identify that handoff date as the start date before delivery.

Email office@ironcanyon.co within that period with the affected page and a description of how the delivered work differs from the agreed scope. Provide the access reasonably needed to investigate. We will correct covered defects at no additional charge; a defect reported within the period remains covered until resolved even if the repair finishes later.

New content, additional pages or features, design preferences, third-party outages or changes, and problems caused by client or third-party modifications are excluded. An unrelated modification does not remove coverage for our own defective work. This guarantee does not promise refunds, rankings, leads, revenue, uninterrupted uptime, or protection against every security threat. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

General service pages and sample websites illustrate possible work, not a promise that every feature is included in every package. The accepted project agreement lists the purchased deliverables and must identify any agreed variation before work begins. Later changes to this website do not rewrite an existing agreement.

QUESTIONS BEFORE BUYING?

If scope is unclear, ask before purchasing. That is cleaner for both sides.
