Project Start
Thanks. Here is what we need before the build starts.
A strong contractor site needs real business information. Before purchase, we confirm the scope and timeline. After payment, we collect the details needed to start the agreed build.
Email Project DetailsSend what you have. We will help fill the gaps.
You do not need perfect content before buying. You do need to give us the truth about the business, the work you want more of, and any proof assets we can use.
If something is missing, we will flag it instead of inventing it. That keeps the site believable and helps avoid claims that do not match the company.
- Business basics Company name, phone, email, service area, preferred way to be contacted, and best contact person.
- Services Main services, services you do not want, emergency or commercial work, and job types worth prioritizing.
- Proof assets Logo, photos, reviews, licenses, certifications, warranties, brands, financing, and process details if available.
- Access Domain, hosting, analytics, Google Business Profile, old website, or any tools we need to review.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Before payment, accept the written scope and terms. Production starts after the required payment, intake details, and access are confirmed.
Package confirmation
Before purchase, we confirm named pages, features, exclusions, third-party costs, payment and cancellation terms, and the client's written acceptance.
Structured intake
You provide business details, services, service area, and assets through intake. Communication is primarily by email; extra meetings or consulting are separately scoped.
Asset check
We review what exists and identify missing photos, reviews, access, or claims that need confirmation.
Build plan
We map pages, sections, calls to action, SEO basics, and what each page needs to say.
Review round
You send two consolidated rounds of feedback within the agreed design direction and scope, then approve the site in writing. Confirm business facts, rights to assets, credentials, and claims.
Launch check
We test the agreed deliverables, including forms, phone links, and mobile layout. After final payment, we hand over files, agreed account access, renewal information, and the workmanship guarantee dates.
IMPORTANT SCOPE NOTES
These notes keep the purchase clean and reduce confusion.
Does payment guarantee a launch date?
No. The timeline depends on required access, business details, assets, and approvals.
Can you write the copy?
Yes. We draft the copy, but the business owner must confirm accuracy for services, policies, credentials, warranties, and claims.
What if I need monthly help?
After handoff you manage the site and renewals unless you choose a separate care agreement. Covered defects reported within 30 calendar days are corrected free; new requests require a separate quote. See the workmanship terms.
Where are the terms and privacy policy?
The current service terms are posted at ironcanyon.co/terms.html. The privacy policy is posted at ironcanyon.co/privacy.html.
